File Menu Terms
This menu contains the options for file selection.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| New | Clears the input data and makes the program ready for opening another input file or fresh data entry. |
| Open | Invokes the dialog to select a new input (XML file) to be opened. |
| Save | Saves the changes to the current file. |
| Save As | Invokes the dialog to select a new file name and save the current XML file as a new input file. |
| Invokes the report viewer. | |
| Print Setup | Invokes a dialog to select a printer. |
| Security | Invokes the security and authorization dialogs. (Not displayed for Select Enabled version.) |
| License Management Tool | Activates the Bentley Select Server Tool allowing management of licenses for component applications. |
| MRU List | Shows the list of Most Recently Used data files. |
| Exit | Closes the program. |
